Vanessa Kostroun

Vanessa is the Quality Manager for Pattern Bioscience and has been a member of the team since June 2023. Vanessa has more than 10 years of quality and engineering experience. Prior to joining Pattern, she worked for a variety of companies in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, including Smith & Nephew, Integra Life Sciences, ICU Medical, and Pfizer. During her career, Vanessa has supported audits by several agencies, including the FDA. Vanessa is passionate about building quality processes that ensure patient safety and enable compliant operations. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a focus in healthcare administration from Baylor University.
