Tim Skansi

Tim joined Pattern in October 2023 as Chief Financial Officer.  He brings over 30 years of finance and strategic leadership experience gained across multiple industries, spanning medical distribution, software, and airline, and he has a track record of success in companies ranging in size from startup to large enterprise.  Tim’s focus at Pattern is building value-creating capabilities while driving financial and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Pattern, Tim was SVP and CFO of McKesson Medical-Surgical, a $10 billion business unit of McKesson Corporation.  Prior to McKesson, Tim held several CFO roles at early-stage companies, and, prior to that, he was VP FP&A and M&A integration at Symantec.  Tim started his career in finance and alliances at American Airlines.  Tim has an MBA from UT Austin and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
