Kelly Brumby

Kelly’s belief in Pattern’s mission and values moved her to join as a Manufacturing Engineering Lead in January of 2021.  Since then, Kelly and the manufacturing team have led a cleanroom build out, and are focused on the scaling of production processes and the development of a supply chain to support first product launch.

Kelly brings more than 15 years of medical device experience to Pattern, including manufacturing of negative pressure wound therapy systems, ENT dissolvable dressings, and cryopreservation CAR-t therapy accessories.  She has led and managed cross functional teams working on new product development, design transfer, and continuous improvements. Kelly is passionate about teamwork and the philosophy that a rising tide lifts all boats.
