Kelly Brumby

Kelly is the Senior Director of Program Management and Quality at Pattern, where she leads program planning and tracking for the development, validation, and FDA clearance of Pattern’s Single-Cell Microbiology system and test panels. She also manages the Quality team, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of compliance and execution in the quality system. Before stepping into this role, she led consumable manufacturing at Pattern, scaling production processes, building out a cleanroom, and establishing a supply chain foundation to support pre-clinical studies.

With more than 15 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, Kelly has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams for new product development, design transfer, and continuous improvement. Her expertise spans negative pressure wound therapy systems, ENT dissolvable dressings, and cryopreservation CAR-T therapy accessories. Kelly is passionate about teamwork and the philosophy that a rising tide lifts all boats.
