David Barreca

David serves as Vice President of Sales, bringing over 17 years of commercial diagnostics experience to Pattern Bioscience. His career has been defined by building high-performing sales teams at innovative diagnostic startups — two of which were acquired by global industry leaders. Most recently, David served as VP of Sales at Specific Diagnostics before its acquisition by bioMérieux in 2022, and prior to that he served as Senior Director of Sales at GenMark Diagnostics ahead of its $1.8B acquisition by Roche in 2021.
