Cindy Lopez

Cindy joined Pattern as Director of People & Culture in October 2019 to champion a collaborative and engaging culture and workplace. Prior to joining Pattern, Cindy built the people systems and initiatives at Wheelhouse DMG in Seattle, focused on cultivating joy in best place to work environments. In any workplace, her goal is to be an advocate and partner to all team members. Cindy received her B.B.A in Economics and Accounting from Baylor University and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional. When she’s not exploring the craft brewery scene in Austin, you might find her walking her dog or volunteering in the city.
