Brian joined Pattern to lead instrument development on Pattern’s engineering team in 2021. He brings 9 years of product development leadership experience across multiple industries including renewable energy, industrial equipment, and medical device. He is passionate about making products that bring large social impact and provide lasting value to customers. Brian has obtained 4 patents and has 3 patents pending. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
